    Pet Policy

    Dog and Cats: Must be spayed or neutered and have current distemper, rabies shots, and any other vaccinations per state and local laws.  Residents are required to maintain vaccinations for their animals throughout their tenancy. 
    • Two (2) pet limit per apartment home
    • 50 Lbs. weight limit
    • Pet Fee of $25.00 per month
    • Deposit: $350 Fee
    • Dog Policy: The following breeds are restricted: Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman, Pit Bull, Chow, and any mix thereof. 
    • Must complete Pet Addendum and Policy Form
